Share Study - Cancellation and Refund Policy


1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment or services under the following conditions:

  • Course Enrollment: Can be cancelled within 7 days of payment
  • Examination Fees: Can be cancelled up to 48 hours before exam date
  • Hostel Booking: Can be cancelled up to 15 days before check-in
  • Library Access: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the following criteria:

  • Cancellation within the specified time frame
  • No usage of the paid service
  • Valid reason for cancellation
  • Proper documentation if required

3. Refund Process

Our refund process includes:

  • Request Submission: Submit refund request through our contact form
  • Review Period: 3-5 business days for review
  • Approval Notification: Email confirmation of refund approval
  • Processing Time: 7-10 business days to reflect in your account

4. Refund Amounts

Refund amounts vary based on timing:

  • Within 24 hours: 100% refund (minus processing fees)
  • Within 7 days: 80% refund
  • Within 15 days: 50% refund (for applicable services)
  • After 15 days: No refund (except in exceptional circumstances)

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed examinations
  • Downloaded digital materials
  • Used library access
  • Processing and convenience fees
  • Services used beyond the cancellation period

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered outside normal policy for:

  • Medical emergencies (with proper documentation)
  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Duplicate payments
  • Service unavailability due to our technical problems

7. Refund Methods

Refunds are processed through:

  • Original payment method (preferred)
  • Bank transfer (if original method unavailable)
  • Digital wallet (for small amounts)
  • Cheque (as last resort)

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • Contact our support team with additional information
  • Request escalation to management
  • Provide supporting documentation
  • Allow 5-7 business days for review

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your transaction ID and payment details
  3. Specify the reason for cancellation
  4. Attach any supporting documents
  5. Wait for our response within 3-5 business days
