1. Digital Services
Most of our educational services are digital and do not require physical shipping:
- Course access credentials are provided instantly via email
- Digital certificates and transcripts are available for download
- Online examination access is granted immediately upon payment
- Library access codes are sent via SMS and email
2. Physical Materials
For services that include physical materials (books, ID cards, certificates):
- Processing Time: 2-3 business days
- Shipping Time: 5-7 business days within India
- International Shipping: 10-15 business days
- Tracking: Provided via email once shipped
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on:
- Delivery location (domestic/international)
- Package weight and dimensions
- Delivery speed preference
- Special handling requirements
4. Delivery Areas
We deliver to:
- All major cities and towns in India
- Remote areas (with additional delivery time)
- International locations (selected countries)
- PO Box addresses (where supported by courier service)
5. Delivery Process
Our delivery process includes:
- Email confirmation with tracking details
- SMS updates on delivery status
- Signature required for valuable items
- Multiple delivery attempts if recipient unavailable
6. Undelivered Packages
If a package cannot be delivered:
- We will attempt delivery 3 times
- Package will be held at local courier facility
- Customer will be notified to collect or reschedule
- Unclaimed packages returned after 7 days
7. Damaged or Lost Items
In case of damaged or lost shipments:
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged items
- We will investigate and provide replacement
- Full refund if replacement not possible
8. Address Changes
Address changes:
- Must be requested before shipment
- Additional charges may apply
- Not possible once package is in transit
